Temporary & event structures
Site offices, marquees and stages that come out again without a trace.
Site offices, cabins, marquees, stages and hoardings only need to stay put for a while. Ground screws hold them firmly for as long as you need, then unscrew and can be used again, with no concrete left in the ground and nothing to make good.
Why screw piles
- In and out quickly, with nothing to dig and nothing to fill afterwards.
- Reusable: the same screws can go on to the next site.
- Hold firm against the wind on exposed sites.
- Lawns, parks and paddocks are left almost as they were.
Good to know
Tell us how long the structure will be up and what it has to carry, including wind on marquees and hoardings. We check for underground services before anything goes in, which matters on parks and event sites.
How it works
From enquiry to building on it.
-
1
Tell us about it
Call, email or send your estimate. Plans help, but a sketch with dimensions is fine to start.
-
2
Site check
We look at access, ground and underground services, and confirm the right pile for the job.
-
3
Engineering
For consented work, the engineer designs the layout and target torque and issues a PS1.
-
4
Install day
Set-out, then each pile screwed to target torque and cut to level, with depth and torque logged.
-
5
Handover
The torque record and PS3 go to you and the engineer, and your builder starts straight away.
