Your details, and what we do with them.

This note explains how Kiwi Screw Piles handles personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, site address and project details, plus your estimate if you attached one. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and carry out the work if you go ahead. We may share project details with the engineer or with our sister companies (Kiwi Steel Frames, Hari Tiny Homes, Pro Windows & Doors) where that's part of your job. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are emailed to our office through our email delivery provider, Brevo, and kept in our email system. The website itself doesn't store them. The estimator runs without collecting anything.

Cookies

The quote form uses one session cookie to protect against spam and forged submissions. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email info@kiwiscrewpiles.co.nz or call 09 277 9000.
